Meet Our Founder & CEO

David Moffatt - Founder & CEO

Before launching Fierce, David was a partner and Group Managing Director at Hellocomputer, a full-service digital agency with offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

Under his leadership, the agency became a creative and results-driven partner for major brands like Vodacom, Toyota, South African Tourism, Cell C, Pernod Ricard, Investec, and Coca-Cola.

David guided Hellocomputer to the forefront of South Africa’s digital industry, earning top rankings for both creativity and performance. The agency received prestigious accolades, including The Loeries Grand Prix Award, Bookmarks Gold Awards, and international recognition from the Cannes Festival of Creativity, FWA, and several Webby Honorees. Hellocomputer was also named "Digital Agency of the Year" multiple times. In 2012, the agency was acquired by IPG, a global marketing group listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and now operates within the FCB network.

In 2020, David founded Fierce, a curated network of digital-first specialists that manages strategic, creative, and technical teams to deliver seamless project execution.
